Briefing obligatorio + 7 tandas de 20 minutos por nivel
LA RODADA ESTA GARANTIZADA SU CELEBRACION YA QUE ESTA DECLARADO COMO EVENTO FEDERATIVO. TAN SOLO SE CANCELARIA EN CASO DE NUEVO CONFINAMIENTO NACIONAL.
EN CASO DE CANCELACION POR CONFINAMIENTO, TU RESERVA SE GUARDA PARA OTRAS FECHAS Y CIRCUITOS Ó SE TE DEVUELVE INTEGRA.
NORMAS ANTICOVID:
24 boxes con hasta 5 participantes por box. Sólo permitido 1 acompañante mayor de edad por participante.
El restaurante permanece cerrado.
Inscripciones en Circuito por riguroso orden de convocatoria por nivel.
Briefing obligatorio particular por box.
Obligatorio para participantes el uso de mascarilla y gel desinfectante.
En el descanso de 14h a 15h, los participantes permanecerán en su box con su propio avituallamiento.
HORARIO:
ESTA PERMITIDO POR EL MOMENTO POR EL CIRCUITO LLEGAR EL DIA DE ANTES POR LA TARDE_NOCHE PARA DESCARGAR. PERNOCTAR SE PUEDE EN EL PADDOCK Ó FUERA EN LA PUERTA, POR EL MOMENTO HASTA NUEVA ORDEN.
DOMINGO 31 OCTUBRE:
- 7:00h: Apertura circuito
- 8:00-9:30h: Acreditaciones, entrega de boxes
- 8:30-9:30h: Verificaciones técnicas, comprobación de presiones.
- 9:00h: Briefing OBLIGATORIO EN EL PIT LANE SEGUN NORMAS ANTICOVID
- 10:00-14:00: Tandas
- 14:00-15:00: Descanso
- 15:00-18:00: Tandas
PRECIO TANDAS:
Sin seguro (Inscripciones hasta el 15 OCTUBRE) 110 €
Sin seguro (Inscripciones desde el 16 OCTUBRE) 120 €
SEGURO ACCIDENTES OBLIGATORIO si no se dispone de fortait anual ó lincencia: +20€
Seguro de lluvia opcional 10€ a solictar 20 días antes del evento
DESCUENTO GRUPOS:
Grupos de 10 a 19 participantes descuento 3 €/ piloto.
Grupos desde 20 participantes descuento 6 €/ piloto.
